Noel came by, after listening to what I wanted done, he added a few major ideas to improve upon what I had envisioned. He provided me with a reasonable estimate and finished the job UNDER Budget!!!! The work was completed promptly and within the time frame outlined in the estimate. However, the quality of the work done surpassed my expectations.
