He provided all of the necessary insurance and requirements for our condo building in Manhattan. Needed to add two back splashes to my kitchen. One to be placed behind the sink and the other behind my Range. Noel came by, after listening to what I wanted done, he added a few major ideas to improve upon what I had envisioned. He provided me with a reasonable estimate and finished the job UNDER Budget!!!!
